Console repair warranty

 

(effective on all repairs from 6-1-2011)

What is Covered
This warranty covers the serviced console in the case of the same issue arising within the warranty period. Consoles repaired for overheating issues or rrod/ylod will be limited to ONE additional repair free of charge. Eligibility for warranty is at full discretion of Avgaming.

How Long Coverage Lasts
The warranty runs for 90 days from the date your console was repaired.

What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctioning unrelated to the repair. Any evidence of tampering or removal of Avgaming's warranty seal will result in a void of warranty.

What Avgaming Will Do
Avgaming will re-repair any previously serviced console that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Due to the severe nature of YLOD/RROD'd gaming consoles we will attempt one additional repair free of charge but can not gaurantee that the system can be repaired.  Avgaming will keep consoles brought in for warranty for 1-3 business days for extensive testing.

Does AVGaming issue refunds?
No refunds will be issued once the work has been completed and the system was tested and approved by customer before payment was made. We do however on occasion issue store credit towards other services.
